Hello Jerry.
The first thing to set is your email account in the general settings of the CMS. Go to "Webmaster Panel" and set up the email and the email supervisor (you fill in the values for: email, smtp servet, smtp port, username, password).
In this way, when someone opens a ticket you will receive an email and when you answer him riveve an e-mail alert.
The second thing to do, you have to open a forum for tickets. Go to "Setup", and from there create a forum using "forums> create new" and press confirm at the bottom of the page to save.
At this point, go to the configuration page of the forum (configeditor.aspx) and under "type" set "Ticket System". Save via the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. From here you can also organize the support forum by categories.
