I set up a fourm for users to post to but when I post a comment and then login using a test login I cannot see the post. It shows the correct number of topics near the fourm name, but the test user cannot see any of the topics. Please help.

New users are subjected to a period of quarantine. This is to avoid episodes of "vandalism".
You can change the duration of the quarantine period from the "panel webmaster" > "Hours Evaluation Time New User" (the default value is 12 hours).
