I like this system and want to use for our clients to use it as main support system.

I am testing but I am getting email when I do forget password but system is not sending email when I create new account or when I create/update new ticket.

Where are settings to enable the emails for new account, for new ticket and update ticket.

Thanks

I suggest you use the latest version of the software that you can find here: http://www.cmsaspnet.com/ This version implements the recovery of lost pasword by users. When you try to log in with a wrong password, after the first failed attempt is proposed to receive your password by email. When the forum is configured to act as a support system tichet, automatically receive an email allert when someone opens a topic, however, you must configure the mail server from the "Panel Webmaster".

Thanks. I have seen that.

Another issue.

When I log in as supervisor or a user, that "Signin" button still show up but user actually signs up and I can see the tickets. Any advise.

It is not possible!
The button "Sign-in" is replaced with "Welcome Username".The browser will probably show a page in the cache, press F5 to refresh the browser.

I am using Chrome Version 30.0.1599.69 m

Hi,

Is it possible to remove smile faces option/panel from comment/ticket bottom section when you write new item.

Open the website with Visual Studio 2012 express (o next version).
Go to page, forum.aspx.
Select the PlaceHolder element named "Emotions" from te page, ed then set the property of element Visible to False and save this page.

Try this.
