I do not know "vb/notepad".
Technically, the pages are saved in html format under the directory "\app_data\archive\N".
These pages are still being reworked before rendering and contain specific data that other programs do not exist (meta tag details). The content can be edited with other software, but it is not guaranteed that you can simply import by copying. In addition, the CMS always creates content "fluid", this ensures compatibility with the RWD. Content created with other software may have content that does not fit the type of device used for reading, or tables and colors .. that are deleterious to the RWD .
The simplest method to import the contents would be the "copy and paste" , while the most effective method is to create a script but this requires knowledge of programming.
In the next version I'm going to release, there will be a plugin that will allow the import content from RSS sources, such content will be imported in the forum, and will be kept in sync, and the code is clean in order to avoid validation errors: The import is not simple because many sources generate html code is not valid, while the CMS is designed to create clean code and error validation free. Currently I have ready this plugin and I'm testing by importing the contents of the facebook pages, and it works great , it also supports video, and creates the html code cleaner: Wait for the new version that will release in a few days !
