You have to use the plugin: "Add Custom Buttons", enable it from the "Setup" menu!
With this Pligin you can configure the buttons giving it an icon (the icon will be displayed if the Skins so provides), you can assign a link, as well as a script to the Click event. You can also decide whether the button should be highlighted or make it blink.
